CTC offers affordable student accommodation with single rooms and shared communal facilities. The facilities are designed to support the wellbeing of students while they complete their training at CTC.
Accommodation is available at Durain House and Clarain House, with access to dining, recreation, transport support, and 24/7 security.

Clarain House
Located in Reyno Ridge
Clarain House is located approximately 2km from the main campus and includes daily transport to and from CTC’s main campus and / or Greenside.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the accommodation rates.
Mining students are preferably assigned to Clarain Residence due to transport logistics, and lunch packs are provided during off-site training.
